Yoga & Meditation (TEENS EVENT)

Digital Session

Join us for a relaxing Zoom meditation and Yoga session along with other young people in a similar situation.

We will be going through a simple 10 minute meditation sequence then a simple 30 minute yoga sequence.

After that, we will have the chance to talk with everyone and discuss what mindfulness works best for each of us and what it means to you to take that time for yourself to reflect.

Attending this event will enable you to:
•    Tune into your body
•    Build confidence around body image
•    Reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness
