Our Trustee board volunteer their time and expertise to guide the decisions we make to take the charity forward and ensure we are fulfilling our mission of supporting young people fighting cancer to live their best possible life.
At the heart of Teens Unite are the young people we support, and we want their voice to be heard and their needs to be understood. Our Committeens speak from experience and work collaboratively with the team to make a difference to other young people in a similar situation.
The Trustee board will always have between three and seven members at any one time, who will each serve a term of three years.
Even when the charity has an established board, the formation will be considered on a regular basis to explore new ways of reaching beneficiaries, keep pace with the developments in technology, introduce new contacts to Teens Unite and increase funding.
