Trustees will serve for a term of three years on the Teens Unite Board. The Charity will maintain a minimum of three trustees and a maximum of seven at any time. Even when the Charity has an established board, they will consider refreshing the board on a regular basis, and see this as an opportunity to: • bring in new ways of reaching our beneficiaries • keep pace with developments in technology • get new ideas or contacts to help us raise funds • In considering recruitment or renewal, we will review the skills and attributes of the current Board, look at what is needed to take our charity forward and how we need to develop our Board of Trustees in order to do so.
