<p>Teens Unite kicked off 2023 with a bouldering (indoor rock climbing) session! A group of young people joined us on a cold Monday evening for a taster session at Stronghold Climbing Centre in London. An experienced instructor taught us the correct climbing techniques before we set off, trying out lots of different climbing paths. Despite this being everyone&rsquo;s first time bouldering, they all got stuck in straight away, supporting and encouraging one another throughout.&nbsp;</p>

<p>We ended the evening with some delicious (and well-deserved!) pizza where everyone got to chat a bit more and get to know one another a bit better.</p>

<p>This experience was a great way for the young people to push themselves outside of their normal comfort zones whilst engaging with people of a similar age.</p>

<p>Teens Unite kicked off 2023 with a bouldering (indoor rock climbing) session! A group of young people joined us on a cold Monday evening for a taster session at Stronghold Climbing Centre in London. An experienced instructor taught us the correct climbing techniques before we set off, trying out lots of different climbing paths. Despite this being everyone&rsquo;s first time bouldering, they all got stuck in straight away, supporting and encouraging one another throughout.&nbsp;</p>

<p>We ended the evening with some delicious (and well-deserved!) pizza where everyone got to chat a bit more and get to know one another a bit better.</p>

<p>This experience was a great way for the young people to push themselves outside of their normal comfort zones whilst engaging with people of a similar age.</p>
