Yoga & Fitness classes (TEENS EVENT)

Digital Sessions

Our yoga sessions are an introduction to yoga, offering a gentle and calming escape. We also run fitness classes which have included HIIT, Dance, and Zumba sessions.

We are joined by all abilities; everyone takes it in their own time. A safe space to try something new and time for you. 

•    Tuning in to your body
•    Building confidence around your body
•    Reducing feelings of isolation and loneliness
•    Providing a sense of achievement, improving self-confidence and self-esteem
•    Encouraging young people to test their physical and mental strength
