Event Terms and Conditions

 

We will always aim to be fair and transparent and will support ticket transfers where possible, but please be aware:

 

  • All ticket sales are final

  • Teens Unite does not offer refunds if participants choose not to attend or are unable to attend for any reason

  • If the event is materially changed (e.g. date/time/location), all ticket holders will be offered a transfer to the revised event

  • As a charity we are required to confirm venues, suppliers and catering in advance, which means that we cannot accommodate individual refund requests

  • Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by Teens Unite due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
