🌿 Join our brand-new Be Uplifted programme!
After a cancer diagnosis or treatment, looking after your mental health can feel overwhelming. You might be coping with stress, anxiety, or health worries, and finding calm or positivity again can take time.
This Wellbeing Toolkit programme is designed to help you build confidence, reduce stress and learn simple, practical ways to look after your wellbeing, with support from other young people who truly understand. With online sessions, gentle challenges and space to talk openly, you’ll discover tools you can use anytime; on the good days, the tougher days, and everything in between.
It’s not just about feeling calmer — it’s about reconnecting with you.
