About the Event
As the winter months arrive, looking after your mental health can sometimes feel even harder. Shorter days, lower energy, changes in routine, and the emotional impact of life during and after a cancer diagnosis, can all begin to feel overwhelming, and you’re not alone in that.
This autumn, we’re reimagining our 4 Week Wellbeing Toolkit Programme to offer more specialised support during a time of year when many people notice their mood and motivation shift. Through a series of supportive online sessions, you’ll explore practical wellbeing tools designed to help with stress, anxiety, low mood, confidence, and feeling emotionally “stuck” as the seasons change.
Together, we’ll try different wellbeing techniques such as movement, breathwork, relaxation, creativity, and grounding exercises (stay tuned for the full programme overview!), helping you to discover small, realistic ways to support yourself through the tougher days, while connecting with other young people who truly understand.
