Be Empowered: Let's Talk Life (Over18's)

This month’s Let’s Talk is an open, relaxed conversation space for over 18s to talk about whatever feels most relevant for them at the moment.

Rather than centring on one specific theme, this session is about checking in, sharing experiences, and having honest conversations in a supportive, non-judgemental space.

Together, we might talk about things like:

• Relationships, dating, and friendships

• Returning to university, employment and those transitions

• Confidence, identity, and self-worth
