Be Connected: Lads Lets Talk - Movember Special

This Movember, we’re bringing together a bigger group of young guys for a special Lads, Let’s Talk session!

We know that opening up isn't always easy, and sometimes it can feel even harder for lads to talk about what's really going on. Whether it's cancer, mental health, relationships, work, college or just everyday life, this is a space to chat with other young guys who understand.

We're bringing together young men aged 13-25 from across the community for a relaxed, informal online session. There’s no agenda to follow, no pressure to share and no expectation to talk about cancer if you don't want to. It could be a chance to talk about something that's been on your mind, hear from others or just have a chat about life.

We might chat about:

• Friends, family and relationships

• Mental health and everyday pressures
