7 for 7 Challenge

Let‘s move to improve mental health.

In this virtual challenge, you’ll complete 7 miles in 7 days (10th–17th October) for the 7 young people diagnosed with cancer every day in the UK.

Do it at your own pace, wherever you are. Walk, run, cycle, or mix it up – it’s your challenge, your way.

Take part with friends, family, or go solo. However, you choose to complete your miles, it’s the perfect way to get outdoors, make time for yourself, and prioritise your mental health – while supporting others facing the challenges of cancer.
