The sky's the limit for supporters of Teens Unite, VolkerFitzpatrick, as 15 members of the team have just touched down from embracing the challenge of a lifetime - a skydive from 13,000ft!
The team headed to Sibson airfield, Peterborough for the ultimate adrenaline rush - exiting the aircraft and falling at 120mph, descending 5,000ft in just 40 seconds, before taking in the breathtaking views around them.
This challenge took the team completely out of their comfort zone, and was a million miles from the day jobs they fulfil for one of the UK's leading engineering and construction companies. Why did they do it? To raise vital funds and awareness for Teens Unite, helping us to support more young people who have been diagnosed with cancer. The team have now raised an incredible £7,860.
Speaking of the challenge, Lee Clifton, Contracts Manager said: "We're so proud to be fundraising for Teens Unite. The skydive was an amazing experience for all involved, and we've all come back with a great sense of accomplishment. I'd like to thank all friends, family, colleagues, and the business, for donating to such a good cause."
A big thank you to everyone involved!

Detailed below are our events for Teens, Volunteers, Fundraising and Challenges.
Volunteering with Teens Unite has changed my personality and outlook on life. When I hear all the amazing things the teens say about Teens Unite, I can tell they mean every word.
Teens Unite isn't just a charity to me, it was the beginning of restarting my life.
When Elliot started receiving the support of Teens Unite, I could see a change in him straightaway. His outlook on life was becoming positive again and I gained strength from seeing my little boy accepting what had happened and starting to move forward.
I needed help and that's where Teens Unite came in. I believe that everything happens for a reason, and the reason I met Teens Unite was to save my life.
With Teens Unite, I finally realised that I could climb out of this massive hole that I had been digging because I wasn't alone anymore.
If it wasn't for Teens Unite, I wouldn't be where I am now. They have been really supportive and given me the strength to push myself and not give up.
