We were honoured to receive a cheque from Waitrose for £500, thanks to customers at their Buckhurst Hill store who voted for us in the Community Matters scheme.
Teens Unite Community Fundraiser Claire attended the Community Matters 10 year anniversary celebrations alongside representatives from other local charities and Waitrose store manager.
It was a fantastic opportunity to meet with other charities passionate about making a difference in the local community, whilst celebrating 10 years of Waitrose Community Matters, who have given £120,000 to local causes over the last ten years.
