It was a privilege to be one of the charities supported by this year's ICAP Charity Day; an annual event where ICAP, an international broker, donates 100% of its revenue and commission to worthy causes around the globe, including Teens Unite.
In a busy day of fundraising madness, celebrities support ICAP's mission to raise as much as they can for charity, by sealing deals over the phone. The ICAP staff certainly know how to put the 'fun' into 'fundraising' and embraced the special event with fancy dress.
Teens Unite was one of 26 charities to be supported in the UK and waving the flag for our cause on the day were Keith Lemon, Georgia Toffolo, Eddie Jordan, Kelly Brook and Andrea McLean.
The funds Teens Unite will receive as a result of the day, will enable more young people fighting cancer to benefit from our support.
Thanks to ICAP, we'll be able to offer a further 270 opportunities for the young people we support to attend the activities we organise under our Positive Steps programme; helping them to rebuild their confidence, meet others in a similar situation, help with future employment and recognise their potential now and in the future.
We would like to thank ICAP for selecting Teens Unite as one of the charities to benefit from the day, along with the wonderful celebrities who represented us at the event.

Detailed below are our events for Teens, Volunteers, Fundraising and Challenges.
Volunteering with Teens Unite has changed my personality and outlook on life. When I hear all the amazing things the teens say about Teens Unite, I can tell they mean every word.
Teens Unite isn't just a charity to me, it was the beginning of restarting my life.
When Elliot started receiving the support of Teens Unite, I could see a change in him straightaway. His outlook on life was becoming positive again and I gained strength from seeing my little boy accepting what had happened and starting to move forward.
I needed help and that's where Teens Unite came in. I believe that everything happens for a reason, and the reason I met Teens Unite was to save my life.
With Teens Unite, I finally realised that I could climb out of this massive hole that I had been digging because I wasn't alone anymore.
If it wasn't for Teens Unite, I wouldn't be where I am now. They have been really supportive and given me the strength to push myself and not give up.
