Paul Butler Wealth Management take on Barcelona Bedlam

Over the weekend, Paul Butler, Director of Paul Butler Wealth Management has led a team of staff and friends from Dover to Barcelona in a three-day car rally, in aid of Teens Unite.

The challenge, named by the team as ‘Barcelona Bedlam’, involved travelling 1,000 miles in cars purchased for £300 or less, which were revamped for the occasion. The rally was formed of six cars; each adopting a different theme, from Only Fools and Horses to Back to the Future, which the team designed and kitted out themselves.

The team left the Teens Unite’s offices in Broxbourne in convoy on Thursday 19th September, where they caught the ferry that evening. The team stopped in Limoges and Carcossonne, before crossing the finish line in Barcelona.

Together, the team have raised a staggering £11,000 for Teens Unite; enabling the charity to support more young people fighting cancer to live their best life, while others search for a cure.

Director of Paul Butler Wealth Management, has said: “This has been an unforgettable challenge; I couldn’t think of a better way to raise vital funds and awareness for charity. Teens Unite is based locally to Paul Butler Wealth Management and we were keen to make a difference to a cause in our area, which is making such a difference to the lives of young people.”

Debbie Pezzani, CEO and Co-Founder of Teens Unite has said: “When the cars arrived at the office, we were blown away by the amount of effort the team had made, all of the cars looked amazing! We’re so appreciative to Paul Butler Wealth Management for organising the challenge and going the extra mile to support our cause. Everyone in the team really has made such a difference, thank you.”
