Yoga (Positive Steps Program: Getting to Know Me) (TEENS EVENT)

Digital Session

Forming part of our Positive Steps Program - Getting to Know Me, we have been running Yoga & Relaxation digital sessions every Monday since the beginning of April 2020.

Each session has been hosted by Online Coach, Jordan Standford, who is an expert in Yoga and Pilates, as well as a Personal Trainer. The sessions are designed for any level and focussed on relaxation and breathing techniques, as well as gentle stretching exercises to promote gentle activity and physical relaxation.

The session provides an opportunity for young people to enjoy a relaxing start to their week as well as meet others in a relaxed and stress-free way.
