'var_profile' => '<p>Thanks to Eric Lanlard and his team at Cake Boy another amazing chocolate torte and truffle making workshop was enjoyed by the young people supported by Teens Unite</p>
<p>We made a start with making the chocolate torte with layers of chocolate sponge, chocolate ganache, raspberries and for the top – you guessed it, more chocolate! At least we had one of our five a day!</p>
<p>The chocolate tortes were placed into the blast chiller to set, giving us time to start filling the delicate chocolate truffles with pure hazelnut praline.</p>
<p>The delicious smell of all the chocolate and hazelnut made us very hungry! Tempted to make a start on the chocolates, we were saved as wonderful <em>Afternoon Tea</em> sweet and savoury grazing trays arrived. It was the perfect way for the young people to really get a chance to chat and get to know each other over savoury croissants and sandwiches with the most scrumptious fillings and the softest and sweetest macaroons, cakes and tarts! This new experience was made extra special by expert Pâtissier Eric Lanlard!</p>
<p>As we finished our Tea, the chocolate tortes came out of the blast chiller ready to be decorated with a mirrored glazed chocolate and the most beautiful gold laced butter cream collar giving a truly decadent touch. Everyone could show their inner artist by adding marble coated chocolate balls, glitter and chocolate flakes. We then boxed them to take home to enjoy with family and friends.</p>
<p>The truffles were finished by adding a sprinkling of glitter and tying the crystal bags with ribbon. Both chocolate treats looked very professional and mouth-wateringly tasty!</p>
<p>The biggest thank you to Eric and the amazing team at Cake Boy who have supported Teens Unite for a number of years – always ensuring the most memorable time for the young people. We are very grateful for all their hard work and effort to make this the most special experience helping us to support young people fighting cancer to live their best lives while others search for a cure.</p>

'var_profile' => '<p>Thanks to Eric Lanlard and his team at Cake Boy another amazing chocolate torte and truffle making workshop was enjoyed by the young people supported by Teens Unite</p>
<p>We made a start with making the chocolate torte with layers of chocolate sponge, chocolate ganache, raspberries and for the top – you guessed it, more chocolate! At least we had one of our five a day!</p>
<p>The chocolate tortes were placed into the blast chiller to set, giving us time to start filling the delicate chocolate truffles with pure hazelnut praline.</p>
<p>The delicious smell of all the chocolate and hazelnut made us very hungry! Tempted to make a start on the chocolates, we were saved as wonderful <em>Afternoon Tea</em> sweet and savoury grazing trays arrived. It was the perfect way for the young people to really get a chance to chat and get to know each other over savoury croissants and sandwiches with the most scrumptious fillings and the softest and sweetest macaroons, cakes and tarts! This new experience was made extra special by expert Pâtissier Eric Lanlard!</p>
<p>As we finished our Tea, the chocolate tortes came out of the blast chiller ready to be decorated with a mirrored glazed chocolate and the most beautiful gold laced butter cream collar giving a truly decadent touch. Everyone could show their inner artist by adding marble coated chocolate balls, glitter and chocolate flakes. We then boxed them to take home to enjoy with family and friends.</p>
<p>The truffles were finished by adding a sprinkling of glitter and tying the crystal bags with ribbon. Both chocolate treats looked very professional and mouth-wateringly tasty!</p>
<p>The biggest thank you to Eric and the amazing team at Cake Boy who have supported Teens Unite for a number of years – always ensuring the most memorable time for the young people. We are very grateful for all their hard work and effort to make this the most special experience helping us to support young people fighting cancer to live their best lives while others search for a cure.</p>
