You're more than your diagnosis. You're still you.

Our activities and events are a chance for you to connect with other young people, who really understand.

You'll be able to do more of what you love, alongside others who are living with and beyond cancer.

Every activity and event will help you take positive steps towards living the life you want to. From meeting new people, learning new skills and embracing new challenges - no matter how big or small, you'll soon see that cancer doesn't have to hold you back.

Whether you're in need of a welcome distraction from treatment, looking to regain your fitness or feel ready to start pursuing a career, our activities and events have all been designed to fulfil your needs at different stages of your cancer journey.

There’s something to look forward to every week, and we’re always adding new ideas into the mix. Whatever you enjoy, we’ve got it covered!

Is there a cost?
Our activities and events are completely FREE of charge to attend, and you usually get to enjoy lunch/ refreshments too if it’s a face to face meet up.

Where do the activities and events take place?
Most of our face-to-face activities and events are held at venues in London and the South East and we can help with making appropriate travel arrangements.

Our digital sessions can be enjoyed from wherever you are, without the need to travel.

Who will be there?
Teens Unite staff are always present at our activities and events, along with the expert hosting the session.

At our face-to-face meet ups, you can expect there to be around 10 young people depending on the activity. With our digital sessions, it’s the more the merrier!

Can I bring someone with me?
We guarantee you’ll make new friends in no time at all! That’s what we do best! But we understand if you feel a little nervous, so you’re welcome to bring someone along to start with.

Of course, do let us know if you have a carer or additional support so we can accommodate this.

How many activities and events can you come along to?
Our activities and events are there for you to enjoy for as long as you need the support of Teens Unite. The more you come along to, the more people you’ll meet, the more friends you’ll make and the more skills you’ll learn.

Occasionally, there may be a waiting list, depending on interest and capacity.

How do I sign up to an activity or event?
As soon as you’ve registered with Teens Unite, you can start joining in straight away!

You can do this online by clicking on the activity or event you would like to come along to in our calendar.
